Therapist in League City TX
Providing Compassionate and Effective Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families
Hi, I’m Crystal Pike, a mental health therapist based in League City, TX.
With over a decade of experience in the field of psychology, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges from anxiety and stress to major transitions and emotional overwhelm. I understand how easy it can be to feel stuck, unsure, or overwhelmed but you don’t have to face it alone.
I’m trained in Gottman Method Levels 1 and 2, which equips me to help couples improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and rebuild emotional connection.
Therapy isn’t about having all the answers it’s about creating a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself, feel truly heard, and work through what’s holding you back. My approach is compassionate and nonjudgmental, grounded in meeting you where you are and helping you develop the tools to regain balance, confidence, and clarity.
If you’re feeling uncertain about where to start, that’s completely okay. Reaching out is a brave first step and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you take it. You don’t have to do this alone; let’s figure it out together.
